By purchasing any services from MountainJade you agree to the following terms of service.
No art? No problem. I can work off of descriptions! You can also provide a couple of idea images (like off of google or something, just don't steal anyone's art) if you're having trouble describing what you're looking for. I'd be proud to be the first person to put your character to paper!To purchase NSFW art you agree that you are 18 years or older. All characters in mature art must be 18 or older. Under no circumstances will underage characters be depicted in NSFW works. Even if the legal age is different in your country it is 18+ in the USA where I am established. I will draw individuals younger than 18 in SFW pictures so long as there is no sexual/seductive implications, poses, or outfits involved.All art is implied to be consensual. Even if the character seems nervous or hesitant both parties are consenting. I will not draw explicitly non-consensual work. You are required to keep my signature on the piece. If you are selling the character you purchased from me or the art I created for you please do not sell them for more than what you bought them for. Commercial usage of my work is only permitted after you contact me and I provide written consent for you to do so. All commercial usage of my work must directly and clearly link to my userpage. Turn around time varies from piece to piece and depends on several factors. Complexity of the piece, complexity of the character, and number of panels/pictures all effect how fast I can finish something. My wife is also chronically ill, so occasionally I will have to take time to care for her when her illnesses flare. If you are anxious about the length of time I am taking, please reach out to me via email or notes on FurAffinity. During the process I will occasionally contact you with updates for specific stages of the process. These stages are the Sketch, the Line art, then the finished piece. I will wait for feedback on each of these stages before moving onwards to the next stage. By purchasing you agree that you understand that these require a direct response and that the commission will not progress until a response has been received. If you do not wish for these feedback stages you agree that you accept the commission as-is, as major changes can only be done at the sketch and line art stages. Major changes will not be completed once the coloring and shading is done. However, minor changes can be done after the colors and shading.Requests for refunds are only accepted before the coloring stage starts except for extreme circumstances. I accept payment plans, but sketching will only start taking place once 50% of the payment is received and coloring will only be completed once 100% of the payment is received.Feel free to request minor changes or additions to YCH's! I enjoy personalizing the piece to best represent you and/or the character I am drawing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you upcharge for complicated designs?
A: I do not! However, I might have to take longer on your piece than others as a result.
Q: You have an old YCH that is closed now but I really want have drawn. Can you make an exception?
A: When standard commissions are open, you are welcome to request a closed YCH as a base! However, please note that these will be at the standard commission rate and not the original rate listed on the YCH, as those are normally sold at a discount to standard commissions.
Q: I purchased my commission before this other person, why did they get theirs done first?
A: While I work mostly in a chronological order, if someone is faster about responding to one of my feedback stage emails than someone else then they will get theirs progressed faster.
Q: What do you mean by Dubious Consent or Convincing?
A: "Oh My God, I'm a pervert" vs "Oh My God I'm tainted"
For me this means the character is actually enjoying/wanting the sexual interaction even if they are hesitant, anxious, or embarrassed. The embarrassment should come from the fact they enjoyed it, but not shame or anguish that it happened. Convincing can be fun, a little pressure to reconsider and then really enjoying it. These sort of things wouldn't fly in the real world of course, but in a fantasy setting you can ensure everyone comes out OK. I enjoy the act of breaking social taboos, not hurting people. Hence why true non-con is on my no list.
Q: What about ferals?
A: In real life, the main arguments against bestiality/zoophillia is health concerns, abuse of the animal, and consent. I completely agree! I do not support any form of it in real life. However, in a fantasy setting you can ensure these things are a non issue. You can make sure the creature is clean, healthy, happy, and totally aware of what it's doing and totally into it. There is a very clear line between fantasy and reality, and it is a line no one should cross. I do not consider fantasy work with non sentient/sapient creatures zoophillia/bestiality since the other creature is being played by a sapient and sentient human on the other end. There is fun in breaking taboos, but only in fantasy. However, there should not be depictions of IRL named animals or humans (IE Chica and Markiplier) even as drawn imagery or other fantasy media, as this can cause issues with reputation and may influence people to cross that fantasy-reality line I mentioned earlier. There must always be a separation of avatar and player. Again, I'm into breaking taboos, but not hurting people (or animals.)
Q: My character has features that are listed on your will not draw list (Extreme Hyper/Body types), will you draw them if I let you tone it down?
A: Sure! I will keep it as close to the essence of your character as possible while staying within the range of sizes I am ok with.
